SAN DIEGO – Tomorrow, in recognition of the 37th annual California Coastal Cleanup Day and Tijuana River Action Month, Councilmember Vivian Moreno and volunteers will join WILDCOAST for a cleanup in Smugglers Gulch, located in the Tijuana River Valley.

Last year, Councilmember Moreno hosted a cleanup at this location and enough trash and debris was picked up to fill three trucks.
