About Councilmember Vivian Moreno
“I am worried about what type of city we are leaving for our kids. Miguel and I want what every other parent wants: our child to grow up in a safe, clean city, where she has all the opportunities she needs to succeed in life. I am dedicated to making San Diego more affordable for our families and ensuring that our neighborhoods receive their fair share of city services.”
